When I saw the larger prints coming off the printer, I realised that some worked great at that size (12″ diameter circle) and for various reasons some didn’t hold up – I wanted to try some 8×10 test prints anyway so I went with these four. I have always liked small photos that draw you in for a closer look and I was inspired by some really tiny circular images when I started playing around with this lens – the very first Kodak ‘snapshots’ came back from the lab as round prints pasted onto a rectangular card, and they were only 2.5 inches in diameter. I think I will try duplicating that size and see how they work!
